Having observed a flurry of air-traffic late afternoon, a question has occurred to me. Do all attempts to modify the weather turn out as planned? Are there cases where no matter what the planes spray or how much HAARP frequencies are brought into play...the weather will just not transform according to plan.

Are there records of these failed operations? How much waste occurrs in a situation like this. Do companies carrying out these operations still get paid, even though they don't change the weather? Who decides?

Morning Air traffic:
Early morning, we heard the noise from passing aircrafts, perhaps twice. Since then, it's been quiet and peaceful. Nothing but the gentle pitter patter of rain and the odd car driving by. I'm lov'n it. A beautiful, peaceful, soggy Sunday in Vancouver, absent of any obstrusive noise from passing military jets and aircrafts.

Evening Air traffic:
There was heavy rains all afternoon, then it decreased to light showers by early evening. Round this time, I heard noise from passing jets planes, though obscured from view by clouds. Shortly there after, the wind picked up, the rain stopped altogether and the clouds began to move northward. By late, late evening, gail force winds began to blow and the rain came pelting down.

I was under the hopeful delusion that they were sparing the small towns across Canada. but after traveling to Medicine Hat Alberta, I see that the small towns are being attacked from every conceivable direction. They were spraying that place as much if not more than Montreal! On the only clear night of the whole time we there, under a velvet sky I could see very clearly, planes flying pretty low, delivering their mysterious muck. I could almost hear the nozzles hissing in the silent starry night. I witnessed a huge chembow around the moon

All this chemtrail spraying must have gone to my head. I'm now searching out the addresses for my local government officials. I'm going send a protest postcard to as many I can, along with a letter detailing my observations and concerns about the apparent increase in military air-traffic in my area.

I'll post the letter and the addresses on-line. Let us see how this turns out.
